How It Started
TalentVista was born out of innovation and industry need. We secured an Innovate UK government grant and successfully conducted a feasibility study under the 'Feasibility Studies for AI Solutions: Series 2' programme. Our research focused on developing an AI-driven candidate screening system tailored for the air transport sector, addressing recruitment challenges such as skill shortages, regulatory compliance, and the need for faster, data-driven hiring.
